Structural Repair & Restoration

Facade Restoration

Façade repairs consist of stucco restoration, sealants at window and sliding glass door openings, paint, and exterior wall waterproofing. These are some of the most obvious facade deficiencies to notice. Many times, these exterior deficiencies lead to water infiltration, stucco delamination, and concrete spalling. Post-Tension Tendon Repairs

CORE’s staff is highly trained in post-tension tendon repairs. Through our PTI certification we are able to address post-tension repairs in-house and not rely on subcontractors. Structural Reinforcement & Stabilization

We specialize in carbon fiber reinforcement applications which use strong, lightweight carbon fiber fabrics. The carbon fiber is adhered to structural elements that are under designed or exhibiting signs of deficiencies. Carbon fiber repair work is state of the art technology that many structural repair contractors are not experienced or qualified to perform. CORE has successfully completed many projects consisting of this state-of-the-art carbon fiber reinforcement.

Many of these projects consist of renovating, repairing, waterproofing, and refinishing commercial pool and deck structures. Typically, commercial pools and concrete decks are stripped down to the structure and exposed for investigation by your structural engineer.
